The corporate hierarchy is on the brink of upheaval as Lars, a middle-aged office worker desperately seeking validation, attempts to assert himself within this urban jungle. 

Essential tools for success, it seems, are an affinity for barbecuing, a taste for Negronis, and the tenacity of a Vulture. 

Discovering a tiny chick on the road, Lars decides to nurse it back to health. As the chick grows into a magnificent ‘Turkey Buzzard’, Lars embarks on a bizarre journey towards success, channelling the spirit of the bird and transforming his workplace into a circus of admiration.

However, an unthinkable promotion forces him to confront the bizarre conundrum of where he truly fits as his wild avian companion outshines him at work. 

Left to seek comfort at a zoo vulture exhibit, Lars encounters a wise man who teaches him the importance of embracing one’s true identity, ultimately discovering an unlikely new existence through a physical tribal display learned from his new found zookeeper love.
